Step up for change is a team-based programme focused on building high-performing teams that know what they do the best, communicate more effectively and step up to the challenge of change.
Based around the Gallup Strengthsfinder assessment, over between two to four weeks, it transforms teams by using the very best in group training, one-on-one coaching and the assessment to grow self-awareness and foster a culture of positive collaboration
This course is perfect if you are a leader, manager or part of a team that is:
Working hard but wanting to work smarter rather than harder
Keen to try new things and foster initiative
Struggling to keep up and adapt to change
Experiencing some conflict, tension, and stress from people not appreciating differences
Unclear on their strengths and want to spend more time in their area of flow

In between Day 1 and 2 there is the option of one-on-one, individual coaching to “deep dive” into how to use strengths more effectively and focus on a key area of focus that they can be used.
